Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends and you have entered payment details, your subscription will begin automatically at the plan you selected.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. When you cancel:

  • You keep full access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period;
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation;
  • Your account automatically reverts to the free tier at the end of the period — your data is not deleted.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law. Because you can cancel at any time to stop future charges, we do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

We will make an exception and issue a refund if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error;
  • You were charged after a cancellation that we failed to process correctly;
  • Applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence entitles you to a refund.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, contact support@cvflow.net with your order details.

4. How Payments Are Processed

All payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our order processor and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects payment on our behalf, issues receipts, and is responsible for payment security and applicable tax. Charges appear on your statement as "Lemon Squeezy" or "LemonSqueezy.com", not as "CV-Flow". Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy and may take several business days to appear.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@cvflow.net so we can resolve it directly — this is faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
